Rigorgeous wanted to create a structured overview of sales data so that strategic decisions could be based not only on gut feeling, but also on thorough data analysis. To implement Business Intelligence (BI), the teams relied on static Excel files. This resulted in a time-consuming process and limited opportunities for visualizing and interpreting data, making it more difficult to make strategic decisions quickly and accurately.

The ambition was to have a central tool in which the management, the sales team and the back office could access all the necessary information quickly and efficiently. A tool that provides insight into KPIs and brings together the entire sales data — from all brands and sales channels. This would not only improve decision making, but also support business growth and efficiency.
